Product launches and tender plan
Vinmonopolet launches new products six times a year. Each launch has a special emphasis on products from a particular country, area or style.

The basis for our tenders are customer demands and trends nationally and internationally. Detailed descriptions on new products to be launched are specified in the launch plan. All specifications are included in the launch plan and made available to our wholesalers to tender.
The launch plan is based on seasonal demand, trends and changes in our sales.
The documents contain specifications for the products to be launched, information regarding distribution and deadlines, and the parametres by which samples will be judged. Samples are always blind-tasted.
